Shipping and Delivery

Our delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS AND ENSURE ACCESS IS AVAILABLE FOR THE COURIER TO LEAVE THE GOODS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME. Items will be left in a safe place if no one is home. An additional delivery fee will be charged for incorrect addresses or if the goods cannot be left. Please also note we can not give an exact time of delivery but orders are despatched as soon as possible. A confirmation email or text will be sent before closing of business once our courier company advises exact times of delivery. Please note if you have a preferred time of delivery we will do our best to accommodate you but if you have an essential time window an express charge may passed on to you.

If your order contains alcohol, please leave a confirmation in the notes section that the receiver is over 18 and if safe to leave the item if no one is home. Please also advise the receivers mobile number.

Lastly please do not select plants if you require delivery interstate or to a country area (we use Australia Post Express).
