Returns
If any issues with our products please email admin@sleekandunique.com.au. A photo must be sent of any damaged goods and we will liaise with you directly. We require notification within a day of receipt of goods. If more than 24 hours has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on your order or if your order is classified by the third party Courier as outside the Metropolitan delivery Zone. Please check prior to ordering. If the Shipping address is classified as a Country Zone - your gift will be sent via Australia Post (except plants). If you have purchased a plant gift in a country zone, you are welcome to swap it for a gift box we can send via Australia Post, alternatively we will issue you a store credit. No refunds sorry.
