Shipping and Delivery

Our delivery hours are between approx 12 noon and 8pm. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK DELIVERY ADDRESS AND ENSURE ACCESS IS AVAILABLE FOR THE COURIER (ESPECIALLY IF IT IS AN APARTMENT BUILDING OR GATED PROPERTY) TO SAFELY LEAVE THE GOODS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME (OR CONSIDER DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS), AS AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE INCURRED AND PASSED ON TO THE PURCHASER BY OUR THIRD PARTY COURIER FOR AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, IF THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE LEFT AND NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO HEAD OFFICE OR IF RE-DELIVERY IS REQUIRED. We can not give an exact time of delivery (especially during Peak Seasons) but we promise your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. A confirmation email or text will be sent at the end of the day confirming delivery.

If your order contains alcohol, please leave a confirmation in the notes section that the receiver is over 18 and if safe to leave the item if no one is home. Please also advise the receivers mobile number.

Our Courier Service can only deliver to Adelaide Metropolitan areas at this point in time, please contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure if your shipping address is considered under the Metro Adelaide delivery service. No PO BOX addresses please, only physical addresses will be accepted.
